Most products typically require 2 to 7 days for processing. However, certain items with specialized production methods (like hand-painted products) may take longer.

3 - Shipping (7-20 Days or Faster):
Once production is complete, your product will be securely packaged and shipped. Standard shipping typically takes 7 to 20 days.

Please note that during peak seasons or adverse weather conditions, some shipments may experience slight delays. We do not provide design drafts for confirmation. Thank you for your understanding.

Custom Orders:

Due to the personalized nature of our custom orders, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If you qualify, we will gladly send you a new order.

Order Customization:

We will start customizing your order immediately upon purchase. Therefore, modifications to personalized information cannot be made once the order is placed.

Free Replacement Policy:

If your package has not moved for more than 3 weeks or is significantly delayed beyond our estimated arrival time, and the shipping address is correct, you will be entitled to a FREE replacement.

Responsibility for Damages:

We take full responsibility for issues that arise within 30 days of delivery, including:

• Products that are damaged, faulty, or crushed due to factory or carrier error.
