💖How we made it:
👉Step 1:
After receiving your uploaded picture, we will arrange for a professional designer to outline the simple lines for you, and customize the simple painting that belongs to you.
👉Step 2:
We will adjust the color of the embroidery according to your color requirements and make sure that your order requirements are not left out, such as adding text.
👉Step 3:
We start embroidering on clothes with computerized embroidery machines, which are very advanced and professional, that can achieve high speed, high efficiency, and also delicate embroidery.
🎀Clothing is a minimalist look but a big statement. Embroidered makes it a special and unique look.

Our sizes are slim fit, if you want a looser fit, please order one size up. (When your weight and height are stuck at the junction between the two sizes, it is recommended to choose the larger size)

- The factory will make a production plan within 24 hours after you submit the order, so the customized information cannot be changed once submitted, please check your customized information carefully.
- When you order a product, it is specially designed and prepared for you. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, we make changes for damages caused by design or product. If you have a problem feel free to message me.
💝Care instructions:
- Do not wash for 24 hours for the first time.
- Warm wash, inside out, with like colours.
- Air dry if possible. (We do not recommend tumble drying.)
- Do not iron the vinyl (printed part) directly.
- Do not bleach.
- Do not dry clean

RETURN & REFUND
Please note that custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged due to their personalized nature. Once you place an order, we will immediately commence the customization process. As a result, we are unable to accommodate any changes to the customized information, such as size or color.
If there has been an error on our part, we will promptly rectify the issue by sending you a replacement product. However, please understand that we do not offer refunds in this case, as customized items are unique to you and cannot be resold once purchased. We appreciate your understanding!
CANCELLATION
Once your order is locked for processing after placement, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please be aware that personalized orders are committed to processing immediately upon completion, making adjustments impossible. We encourage you to double-check all details before finalizing your order.
Replacement Process:
Please send us an email including the following information:
1.Order number and your Email
2.Video/ photo of the defective product
3.If your claim is in regards to a printing error, please include photographs of the error.
4.If your claim is in regards to the sizing issue, please include a measuring tape, stick, or ruler in the photographs of affected garments.
We will re-send you a new product in the above situation if it’s confirmed by our customer service. We believe that REPLACEMENT may help resolve your issue at best. Thus, we do not have policies for refund.

Additionally, there may be a 20% variation between the advertised images and the actual product you receive. This difference can occur due to variations in lighting during photography or differences in monitor displays, which may affect color perception.
Replacement with a Small Fee
In certain cases, we can provide a replacement for a nominal fee compared to the original price. This applies if you receive the wrong item, design, or size due to an error in your customization input. In such situations, you will not be required to return the incorrectly received item.
