After receiving your uploaded picture, we will arrange for a professional designer to outline the simple lines for you, and customize the simple painting that belongs to you.

We will adjust the color of the embroidery according to your color requirements and make sure that your order requirements are not left out, such as adding text.
Step 3:
We start embroidering on clothes with computerized embroidery machines, which are very advanced and professional, that can achieve high speed, high efficiency, and also delicate embroidery.

- These are unisex sweatshirts and therefore have a looser/relaxed fit
- Ladies- if you would prefer a tighter fit you may size down. For a looser fit, size up accordingly
- Men- it is recommended that you order your usual size

- When you order a product, it is specially designed and prepared for you. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, we make changes for damages caused by design or product. If you have a problem feel free to message me.
💝Care instructions:
- Do not wash for 24 hours for the first time.
- Warm wash, inside out, with like colours.
- Air dry if possible. (We do not recommend tumble drying.)
- Do not iron the vinyl (printed part) directly.
- Do not bleach.
- Do not dry clean

RETURN & REFUND
Please note that custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged due to their personalized nature. Once you place an order, we will immediately commence the customization process. As a result, we are unable to accommodate any changes to the customized information, such as size or color.
If there has been an error on our part, we will promptly rectify the issue by sending you a replacement product. However, please understand that we do not offer refunds in this case, as customized items are unique to you and cannot be resold once purchased. We appreciate your understanding!
CANCELLATION
Once your order is locked for processing after placement, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please be aware that personalized orders are committed to processing immediately upon completion, making adjustments impossible. We encourage you to double-check all details before finalizing your order.
Replacement Process:
Please send us an email including the following information:
1.Order number and your Email
2.Video/ photo of the defective product
3.If your claim is in regards to a printing error, please include photographs of the error.
4.If your claim is in regards to the sizing issue, please include a measuring tape, stick, or ruler in the photographs of affected garments.
We will re-send you a new product in the above situation if it’s confirmed by our customer service. We believe that REPLACEMENT may help resolve your issue at best. Thus, we do not have policies for refund.
