Thank you for shopping with Embroiderely. Because many of our products are personalized and made to order, each order requires both processing and shipping time.

The estimated total delivery time consists of:

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery estimates begin on the first business day after your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by the destination, carrier operations, customs processing, weather conditions, peak shopping periods, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Handling and Production Time

All Embroiderely products are made to order.

Our standard handling time is 3–10 business days, which normally includes:

• Custom design preparation: 1–3 business days
• Production and quality inspection: 2–7 business days

Once production and quality inspection are complete, your order will be securely packaged and handed over to the shipping carrier.

Products requiring additional customization or specialized craftsmanship may have a longer handling time. When applicable, the specific processing estimate will be displayed on the product page or communicated to you before shipment.

Shipping Methods and Costs

All shipping charges are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD).

The shipping method, applicable shipping cost, and available delivery options will be displayed at checkout before payment.

The free-shipping threshold applies to the qualifying merchandise subtotal shown at checkout. Expedited shipping remains optional and is not included in the free standard shipping offer.

Available shipping services may vary depending on the destination. The shipping options displayed at checkout are the options currently available for your delivery address.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

You can click “View Your Order” in the confirmation email to review the latest shipment status.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours after dispatch to appear in the carrier’s system. This normally means the package is traveling from our fulfillment facility to the carrier’s first scanning location.

Shipping Address Changes

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you need to correct or change your address, contact us at support@embroiderely.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or has been shipped.

Embroiderely is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated addresses provided by the customer.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If your tracking information has not updated for more than 24 hours, please allow additional time for the carrier to scan the package.

If your order has not arrived after the maximum estimated delivery time, contact us at support@embroiderely.com with your order number. Our support team will review the tracking information and assist you with the carrier investigation.

Carrier delays, customs clearance, severe weather, peak-season demand, local service interruptions and other unexpected circumstances may extend the estimated delivery time.

Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may be produced or shipped separately. If your order is divided into multiple shipments, you may receive more than one package and more than one tracking number. You will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because an order is shipped in separate packages.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other government-imposed charges determined by the destination country.

Unless these charges are expressly included at checkout, they are not included in the product price or shipping fee and may be collected from the recipient by the local customs authority or shipping carrier.
