The drawing is created using a stippling technique, where a series of dots are used to generate an image by varying the size of the dots & distance between them.
The drawing was originally hand drawn with ink on paper, and scanned in digitally in order to be printed on a blanket.

1.Can i print more than one pet on one picture?
Yes of course, the important thing is that the pets are all in the same photo from which we take inspiration to work.
2.Is my pet photo good enough to use?
We check all pet photos we receive. Usually the photo is perfectly fine. If there's a problem we'll email you and explain the issue, and request some new photos via email. Photos that work best are taken in good, natural lighting, and at eye-level with your pet.
3.Do you draw all kinds of pets?
We design portraits for pets of all shapes and sizes. Cats, horses, rabbits and anything in between. All animals are welcome!

Follow the tips below when taking your pet's photo! If you aren't able to follow these steps exactly, don't worry! We have a dedicated team who check all orders and photos as they come in.
If your photo doesn't meet our criteria, we'll let you know within some hours of receiving your order, and help you choose a more suitable one!
• Close up photos work best!
• Take your photo at eye level with your pet.
• Take your photo in natural daylight and don't use flash.
• Try to get your pet to sit or stay still - make sure there's no blur.
• Make sure long floppy ears are in the photo and are not out of frame.

RETURN & REFUND
Please note that custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged due to their personalized nature. Once you place an order, we will immediately commence the customization process. As a result, we are unable to accommodate any changes to the customized information, such as size or color.
If there has been an error on our part, we will promptly rectify the issue by sending you a replacement product. However, please understand that we do not offer refunds in this case, as customized items are unique to you and cannot be resold once purchased. We appreciate your understanding!
CANCELLATION
Once your order is locked for processing after placement, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please be aware that personalized orders are committed to processing immediately upon completion, making adjustments impossible. We encourage you to double-check all details before finalizing your order.
Replacement Process:
Please send us an email including the following information:
1.Order number and your Email
2.Video/ photo of the defective product
3.If your claim is in regards to a printing error, please include photographs of the error.
4.If your claim is in regards to the sizing issue, please include a measuring tape, stick, or ruler in the photographs of affected garments.
We will re-send you a new product in the above situation if it’s confirmed by our customer service. We believe that REPLACEMENT may help resolve your issue at best. Thus, we do not have policies for refund.
