1 - Production (3-7 Days): After we received your order, we shift into design and production mode. In the busy season, the process typically taking 1-2 days longer.Please understand.

2 - Shipping (7-14 Days or Faster): With production complete, your product is packaged securely and shipped. Want to get your item faster? Select the "Expedited VIP" option after adding your product to the cart for the fastest shipping method we can provide.There are also different shipping options available at checkout.

  • International orders: It may take 2-5 days longer due to the customs clearance process.

RETURN & REFUND

Please note that custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged due to their personalized nature. Once you place an order, we will immediately commence the customization process. As a result, we are unable to accommodate any changes to the customized information, such as size or color.

If there has been an error on our part, we will promptly rectify the issue by sending you a replacement product. However, please understand that we do not offer refunds in this case, as customized items are unique to you and cannot be resold once purchased. We appreciate your understanding!

CANCELLATION

Once your order is locked for processing after placement, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please be aware that personalized orders are committed to processing immediately upon completion, making adjustments impossible. We encourage you to double-check all details before finalizing your order.

Replacement Process:

Please send us an email including the following information:
1.Order number and your Email
2.Video/ photo of the defective product
3.If your claim is in regards to a printing error, please include photographs of the error.
4.If your claim is in regards to the sizing issue, please include a measuring tape, stick, or ruler in the photographs of affected garments.

We will re-send you a new product in the above situation if it’s confirmed by our customer service. We believe that REPLACEMENT may help resolve your issue at best. Thus, we do not have policies for refund.

Additionally, there may be a 20% variation between the advertised images and the actual product you receive. This difference can occur due to variations in lighting during photography or differences in monitor displays, which may affect color perception.

Replacement with a Small Fee

In certain cases, we can provide a replacement for a nominal fee compared to the original price. This applies if you receive the wrong item, design, or size due to an error in your customization input. In such situations, you will not be required to return the incorrectly received item.
